That number of white blood cells (pus cells) in the urine is normal; and even with a "contaminated" specimen, if you had a UTI, it would have shown up on culture. Stop taking antibiotics without medical advice, then see a doctor for examination and testing.

Repeat the culture. Drink plenty of water, some cranberry juice and keep the area clean. Wait for the culture report and see your Urologist
