Yes Lupus BUT others: This is characteristic of lupus and also other connective tissue diseases like scleroderma, overlap connective tissue disease, dermatomyositis. This is a high titer but even here we see this without lupus or a connective tissue disease

Currently being tx'd for PSA with plaquenil and Stelera. Last 2 years I've had 1 positive ANA but my (ds) DNA runs extremely high between 835 - 2200 IU/ml. I suffer from extreme fatigue and joint and body aches. Lupus? Another autoimmune disease?
Blood tests showed high antibodies to: ana, ssdna, sm, rnp/sm, ssa(ro), ssb(la), scl-70, centromere. Is this likely lupus or a different automimmune?
