Looking for autoimmune diseases to be sure don't have any. Had ana, lupus blood tests, crp, blood counts, all normal, what else can I get?
What autoimmune diseases can cause severe pain in most of a persons bones/muscles/joints? ANA was normal, so PCP says not Lupus. I need suggestions.

Had lower back pain since 2018, I have done MRI's, Physical Therapy, EMG, etc. All normal. ANA was tested to rule out Lupus, the ratio came back borderline, ~6 months later with the worse pain, my test is negative. Why? Could it still be Autoimmune?
