I have tonsillitis, was precribed 2 boxes azithromycin (only took one pill) and etodolac every 12 hours and paracetamol but i m in pain and etodolac and paracetamol seem to do nothing. i have a lot of pain in swallowing saliva and i can not eat.

See the doctor: This sounds quite severe. If you cannot eat and have such severe symptoms you might need the hospital where they can give you IV antibiotics and IV fluids. I would want to know if they cultured you as well-so they can give you the right antibiotics. Try some hot ginger tea or ginger candy for the localized throat symptoms. I think though you need the doctor - I would call and tell them u need help
