This is not due to azithromycin; keep taking it as directed. Assuming you're taking it for a respiratory infection or sore throat, almost certainly that infection is the cause of your loss of taste. This is a common COVID-19 symptom; if not yet tested for coronavirus, do it now. And take precautiosto prevent transmission of the virus to others. Good luck.
