I have constant burning pain under left elbow on back of arm/forearm with all range of motion over a month. no injuries, swelling, or bruising. have a desk job, no lifting. what could it be & what would help?

Nerve pain: Sounds like nerve pain due to possible cubical tunnel syndrome. Physical therapy and nerve membrane stabilizers like gabapentin may be beneficial for this type of pain. However there are other causes that can present like this (i.e. - shingles)
