Fell 3 days ago, landed on r arm right under the elbow. continues with swelling, lots of bruising, some pain, no issues with rom. should i x-ray?

Timing may: Suggest continuing to watch since rom intact. Bruises will look ugly. Likely too late for ice, too early got heat. It is not mandatory to x-ray, little benefit to er, and family doctor could see and suggest need to x-ray.
