Arm pain: Likely just a hematoma or collection of blood under the skin. If ice and elevation and ibuprofen don't help resolve it, I would see an MD for an X-ray. If you have any numbness or tingling or paler color to your hand, go to ER as you may be cutting off blood or nerve supply to your hand from the swelling in your forearm.
