I often have hard tiny brown scales like dots in pores on my legs and arms.if i remove it by nails,i see tiny hole and it will reappear,sometimes becomes black moles or make the skin becomes brown. what is this condition?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be due to dry skin, try using an emollient like Vaseline and it that does not help it would be prudent to see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
