Wisdom Teeth: Your question requires an examination. Full bony impaction, partial, soft tissue? Are the teeth causing issues with the adjacent 2nd molars? Proximity to nerves and sinus? Your dentist should be able to advise you and give you the pros and cons (risks/benefits) of the procedure.

Wisdom teeth: Without x-rays it's not possible to diagnose. Depends on position of the teeth, relationship to nerves, is there any damage to adjacent teeth, surrounding bone, overlying soft tissues. See your Dentist for x-rays and examination. Your Dentist may want to refer you on to an Oral Surgeon for consultation.
