Normally not: The alignment of the wisdom teeth are often not the determining factor in facial symmetry. If the other teeth start shifting, etc., then there could be some changes.

Temporary: With postop swelling, your face will be rounder. After swelling subsides, no change in face shape. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
