Likely dental proble: With impacted wisdom teeth in the upper jaw you may have pain and swelling of the cheek that radiates to your eye area on the same side. See your dentist. If eye irritation persists see an ophthalmologist. If you develop blurred vision or eye redness then it is more urgent to see the eye doctor first.

An Ear Nose Throat specialist can check-out your sinuses and related structures. You have some neurological signs too. After the first two DRs get a consult with a nerve specialist

Not clear: I am not worried about the eye twitch per se. If you are stressed out you can some times bite down and cause the above symptoms. A second concern could be TMJ syndrome This can give headaches , eye pain and pain in temple. Does not sound too serious but see your doctor

Eye/cheek/tooth: If upper wisdom teeth impacted may cause the symptoms you describe. Lower impactions will not. Please see Oral Surgeon about your wisdom teeth. More important, however, to see an ENT to evaluate your eye, sinus, ear, throat, on affected side. Neurologic evaluation may be in order. Start by calling ENT for evaluation.
