Yes.: The maxillary or mandibular jaw bone that held the tooth can now shrink in the wisdom tooth area because there's no need for it. As the internal mouth structures change shape, your cheeks will conform to that shape. So yes, your cheek appearance does change when you have teeth removed - it usually makes you look older. Your other facial bones don't change.

No: This should have no bearing on your facial structure there are many other structures (bony - zmc-zygomatico-maxillary complex, mandible; muscular -masseter, buccinator & overlying soft tissue) & the presence or absence of an erupted or impacted wisdom tooth is inconsequential). One exception - I have seen one case when the buccal fat pad was violated & was removed unilaterally with slight assym.

Possible: The jaw muscles are like a curtain and the bones and teeth are like curtain rods. Any changes with either will cause the curtain to change effecting the symmetry.

In my opinion-: Obviously there's a difference of opintion in the dental community regarding the answer to your question. I can only give you my personal opinion after removing wisdom teeth for over 40 years. I have never personally seen a change in face symmetry merely from removing a wisdom tooth. Other teeth that are more forward, especially multiple ones? Yes.Wisdom teeth are so far back, it should not matter.
