No: Even if they contained Growth Hormone it is not effective orally; those who take growth hormone for various reasons take it by injection. Even adults who inject Growth Hormone don't grow taller; once the growth plates of our bones close (about 3 years after puberty for women) we can't grow taller. if an adult over 35 grows taller check for pituitary tumors, but even those rarely increase height.
