Would it be effective to try acupuncture for infertility problems?

Often it can: The world health organization places female infertility under the category of "diseases, symptoms or conditions for which the therapeutic effect of acupuncture has been shown but for which further proof is needed". I don't personally practice infertilty acupuncture but i hear very positive feed back from providers who do recommend it for their patients.
