Yes: Acupuncture is used to improve the fertility of both women and men. Some research shows it helps the success of in vitro as well. Here's a link to one study on this: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/21297382.

Yes: I use acupuncture every day in combination with traditional western infertility treatment for my patients. Acupuncture is thought to improved ovarian, uterine, and pituitary bloodflow. It's thought to balance the chi within our bodies which is the life force energy.

Yes, they do: I agree with dr. Chin. The world health organization has categorized inferlity under "diseases, symptoms or conditions for which the therapeutic effect of acupuncture has been shown but for which further proof is needed".

Uncertain if helps: Acupuncture for fertility is not supported by great evidence. One study performed in seattle had lower pregnancy rates in acupuncture group doing ivf compared to no acupuncture group http://bbc.In/hq1my7. Hard to do controlled trials: what's the placebo (fake treatment) group - needles in 'wrong places' or needles that retract? (still get acupressure not acupuncture). Chinese herbs not recommended.
