Full: Work up includes MRI evaluation by neurosurgeon or orthopedic spine surgeon. Maybe an emg. Numbness and pain gives us time to work through some conservative measures, but progressive weakness is very concerning. Get back to your doctors for evaluation.

Cervical radiculopat: Nerve compression at the C6 C7 level can lead to weakness and numbness in the arm. I would have this evaluated by a spine surgeon.
