My 6 year old daughter has had a lymph node swollen for a week now she's taken amoxicillin for 4 days but it's gotten bigger, is this normal?

Common : Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck in children are common, and can stay for some time, amoxicillin for 4 days only may not affect the size, the lymph node may be enlarged fighting a viral disease too.
