Unrelated?: This is probably just a coincidence, especially if you're sure you're not pregnant: doxycycline isn't known to cause menstrual abnormalities. If you miss another cycle or if any other doubts, check with your doctor. (By the way, Ureaplasma is normal and healthy in the genital tract. It almost never requires treatment. STD clinics normally don't ever test for it.)
