I've been diagnosed with tachycardia reasons unknown, regards my ecg is always ok, though i've never done the stress or 24hr ecg. my echo shows mitrov?

Tachycardia: Your question got cut off at the point you were going to tell us your echo result. Might be worth resending the question so we get that. A 24h or stress ECG may be appropriate to pick up a rhythm problem as may examination and testing for non-cardiac related causes such as anaemia and a thyroid disorder among others. Best to see a doctor licensed in your area for a consult to sort next step.

Tachycardia : There are many causes of tachycardia. Your question lacks detail. More info is needed to help you. Often times ones heart rate increases simply as a compensatory mechanism - in response to dehydration, anxiety, fever, thyroid problems, etc. details of your echo are missing too. Consider a consult so we can better help you.
