Event monitor needed: ..to capture the rhythm disturbance. One concern would be potential sleep apnea that can provoke such attacks, especially if obesity is present. Hypertensive & other structural & valvular heart disease must be excluded, then consideration for ablation might be indicated if found to be a re-entry type.
