It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. The combination of the energy drink and coffee can certainly increase heart rate & blood pressure, but those effects would wear off after some hours. Your ongoing symptoms can be caused by an overactive thyroid or by chronic anxiety & stress. Your EKG& echocardiogram have ruled out cardiac pathology. I recommend wearing a cardiac monitor to exclude other arrhythmias. ?stress management therapy
