Probably ok: If tissues are badly swollen, however, the tissues can be pulling on the stitches. Call the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that did your surgery, that's the person that knows your circumstance the best. Additional treatment may be warranted. Let your Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon make the appropriate decisions with you.
