i fell on concrete friday. my right knee is numb but, i can walk pain free. there is numbness. swelling is almost gone. should i see a doctor?

Contusion: Most likely this contusion type knee injury bruised superficial nerves. As long as the knee isn't showing increasing swelling or causing increasing pain you can hold off on seeing a physician. The numbness may take days or weeks to resolve.
