Yes but unlikely.: 10 weeks is a good enough length of time for the tendons, muscles, & cartilage off the knee to heal provided there was no tear or fracture. So the chances of RE-injuring your knee is low. Dancing can INJURE the knee (in a new way), of course. If you experience soreness or pain (anywhere- not just the knee), the 1st step for immediate treatment is to ice it - keep it cold. You can often do it daily
