Variable-maybe none!: Diabetes & heart problems can cause many symptoms- diabetes: increased appetite & thirst, frequent urination, tingling/numbness, vision loss, frequent infections, poor wound healing etc.; heart disease: chest pain/pressure, palpitations, dizziness etc. However, it is possible to have significant diabetes & heart disease with no obvious symptoms- sometimes your 1st symptom is a fatal heart attack!
