Next step: Test urine concentrating ability. Your physician may already have done this. Go without drinking water as long as you can stand it, or overnight, or what seems convenient, and see if you can get urinary SG up to 1.020+. If not, it's renal or pituitary diabetes insipidus. Lots of causes. Otherwise you're thirsty and we're unlikely to discover why. Best wishes.

?Overactive bladder: Frequent urination with normal urinalysis most likely due to overactive bladder. Often with nocturia (waking at night to urinate). Worth consulting urologist & likely start on medication to relax bladder muscle. Will allow bladder to increase it's functional capacity & hold more urine 7 reduce frequent urge to urinate. UTIs & diabetes already excluded: occasionally urinary concentrating problem.
