Reactive airway : Can be reactive airway disease. I hope the bronchoscopy was done by a pulmonologist. He could order some respiratory treatments with albuterol to see if you get better from wheezing, and a CT to rule out cancer

Mgt: I would suggest a virtual appointment. Are you being treated with any inhalers? Do you smoke?

Asthma: Your symptoms and test findings are consistent with bronchial asthma or asthmatic bronchitis. I assume you had a chest X-Ray and trial of bronchodilator inhaler during your pft. If bronchial infection has been ruled out,I would expect your symptoms to improve with bronchodilator inhaler with steroids by inhaler and/or by mouth. A pulmonologist is best qualified to evaluate, advise and treat you.
