Mgt: It may be due to the infection rather than the antibiotic. If you are allergic to antibiotics, please see a physician right away.

Unlikely : Possibly due to the upper respiratory infection, which might have spread to affect the lower airways as well, if that continues, kindly revisit your doctor, best wishes
