A member asked:

My right ovary vol is 21.52ml - left is 6.36ml -cycle day 20. my avg. cycles are approx 23 days. doctor is not concerned, should i get a 2nd opinion?

Most likely normal: Ovarian volume is not usually helpful for diagnostic purposes but each of your ovaries fall within the normal range and size difference between ovaries is expected. If you recently ovulated from 1 ovary it could measure larger due to ovulation cyst. If you are concerned about specific issue with your ovaries like being able to conceive, pain, cysts please consult with health tap or your physician
