White thick coating in mouth 8 hours after dentist placed a pivot inside one of my molars that he drilled (dental implant) should i be worried? i am on antibiotics too - could that be the reason?

Could be: 8 hours is a very short duration. Some drugs can cause this. Probably your antibiotic

Oral hygiene: Maintain immaculate oral hygiene by good brushing atleast twice a day, floss once a day, clean your tongue with a good tongue cleaner twice a day.Be careful in the area of surgery where you had implant placed. Listrin mouth wash twice a day may also help.
