Rare, but possible: It is extremely rare, but infections of lower back teeth can drain and spread into the chest, even into the pericardial sac (the tissue bag that surrounds the heart). This is very serious and could be life-threatening. If you fear this might be your situation, see a physician asap.

Unlikely: An abscessed tooth can have an effect on your entire body, but it's unlikely. However, your symptoms could well be a side-effect of your antibiotics (especially in combination with another medication/drug you might be taking). Chest pain should always be taken seriously and examined asap. See your dentist right away. If your symptoms persist or worsen, see a physician too. Could be serious.
