Antibiotics: Antibiotics should never be taken unless under supervision of Dentist or Physician. You must take appropriate amount and for the entire course of the drug. If you have left-over antibiotic pills, and you shouldn't if properly taken in the first place, don't just take the few that you have. Talk to the Oral Surgeon or your Dentist about management until your extraction.

Treatment plan: Suggestion, a treatment plan is needed. Speak to your dentist about all options for replacement prior to the extraction. If possible, the oral surgeon will then place a bone graft if needed for an implant.
