Most likely but...: Like most herbal remedies (and medicines) there has been no research on the safety of hajmola in pregnancy but the main ingredients are commonly eaten herbs and spices: cumin, black pepper, ginger and long pepper. To the best of my knowledge none of these are thought to be unsafe to eat during pregnancy so as far as known it should be fine; but best to limit all medicines in early pregnancy.
