"Missing in action": Your menstrual period has been "missing in action" since April and there is usually a medical reason for its' absence. A GYN MD can assess the reason by exam and testing to perhaps even "jump start" the period with medication.

Took home pregnancy test not pregnant but missed period and it feels like I'm about to miss this months as well, no sexual intercourse after test.
On minastrin 24 Fe for 7 months and I have missed 2 periods in a row. Pregnancy test negative. No sexual activity for 3.5 months. I never miss a pill.
