Over last 2 months i've had a ct contrast colongraphy a chest ct contrast bloods endoscopy .why have they missed the cancer i know is ther in pancreas?

Pancreas: The CTs are not tailored to look at the pancreas and therefor may not visualize pancreatic lesions. Different scan parameters(pancreatic mass protocol) are required. Standard upper endoscopy wouldn't be able to evaluate the pancreas....pancreas endoscopic ultrasound would. So you haven't had the proper tests to evaluate for pancreatic mass yet.
