i'm 40 and i've got pain in my ribs on the left side it's like a ache, it sometimes go to my back , i'm scared it's pancreatic cancer?

Not likely.: Pancreatic cancer usually does not cause pain. It usually has no symptoms at all, other than weight loss. If your left sided rib pain persists, then I would recommend that you see your doctor anyway, to diagnose the cause and to see what to do about it. Good luck.

A CT could tell : I doubt it's cancer of the pancreas but your physician and you can discuss it and maybe consider a CT of the abdomen
