Not likely.: Pancreatic cancer usually does not cause pain. It usually has no symptoms at all, other than weight loss. If your left sided rib pain persists, then I would recommend that you see your doctor anyway, to diagnose the cause and to see what to do about it. Good luck.

Pain upper left ribs right under chest. Sometimes lower left abd pain with upper left back pain. Gassy after meals and floating stool. Blood tests came back normal scared of pancreatic cancer.
For a month had upper left abd pain just below left chest. Sometimes lower left abd pain sometimes upper left back pain. Occasional gas esp after eating. Floating stool. Took blood test came back normal. Very scared of pancreatic cancer at 22.
