A member asked:

I've just used one glycerin suppository (4g) and the technician at the pharmacy said i could use another one within one hour. is it safe to do so?

Yes: It may still not do what you want but glycerin is rather innocuous. If you are backed up to the point of discomfort you may need to administer an enema. If that seems to major I would consult your doc for guidance.
