Glycerin suppository: It is not safe to give to her every day, however if she hasnt gone in 3 days, it is safe to use this. Newborn stool patterns can be unusual, if her bowel movements are not hard when she does go, probably not necessary to use at all.

"Regular": "Regular" diapers is very subjective. Infrequency of stool is very common in neonates and just because they have several days between stools is not reason for concern. Are the stools soft when she goes? If so, a suppository is really unnecessary. If she is having hard to pass, painful stools (very rare at this age), discuss with her pediatrician.

Not recommended: Not without a physical assessment by her pediatrician. At 20 days of age, we don't expect babies to make "regular" diapers. A baby may have a bowel movement with every feed or they may go up to 5 days without pooping. As long as she is feeding well, urinating normally and seems comfortable, I would leave well enough alone. Never give a baby under 2 months of age medicine without discussion w doc.
