Miralax high fiber: I would preferyou not use suppositories regularly.I ncrease the fiber in your diet and use something like MIRALAX (polyethylene glycol) or/and BENEFIBER daily. Also try to drink a lot of fluids and set up a regular pattern of using the bathroom daily.

Safe: Glycerin suppositories are safe, but you should not need to use them to treat your constipation on a regular basis. There are better options, but it is important that you discuss them with those who treat your Gilbert's disease and hypothyroidism. Don't underestimate the effectiveness of a healthy, high fiber diet and adequate hydration. Also, when was the least time your thyroid was checked?
