Just had a tooth extraction.7 hours after the extraction, ate some cool but hot&spicy tomato bisque soup.is it safe to eat spicy food after a tooth surgery(same day)?can this type of food cause damage or harm to the extraction site?when can i eat it?

Post op: While not recommended to eat hot and spicy food the same day as an extraction, nothing terrible is going to happen from that. The dentist who treated you should have given you oral and/or written instructions and would be the best one to answer your questions. The better you comply with instructions the quicker and easier healing will occur.
