Mercury: No danger of getting Hg problem thru skin or even drinking it. But can breath it and get a problem over time as can anyone else who lives where it spilled. Especially babies. Please report to authorities so it can be cleared up properly. Always look at the mercury tube before inflating it. If it is below zero suspect spill. Look tube that mercury goes up and down in. If cracked do not inflate.
