Since i started mtf hrt (1.5 yrs ago), i and others are noticing my face swelled up. all my lab tests are fine including thyroid. then, why my face getting big and swelled?

There are typically: 3 classes of hormones given for HRT (hormone replacement therapy) in MTF (male to female) transition: estrogens, anti-androgens (blocks testosterone), and progestins. In certain individuals, any of this drugs might cause swelling, even localized facial swelling. And with using all three types together, even more chance for side effects. It's just the effect the drugs have in your unique "biome."

Face swelled: Please be certain they have checked for Cushing's Syndromes. You can good this and look at images. If you look like you have it get back with me. If not then suggest testing to your Dr. if not already done.

Over the years seen drs a lot for lightheadedness and weird head feelings?can anxiety really cause this or could some other conditions cause this its everyday? Could allergies cause this just want feel good, all lab work good thyroid to 10 yes now?
Can you have thyroid problems with normal labs? TSH- 0.75. Free T4-0.91. MD said neck "full". Also have small lump just left of submental space. Frequently tired/fatigued. General soreness. Severe acne lower part of face. New high BP (150s/100s)
When should a lymph node be biopsied? Enlarged x6months pea sized. Clear labs, & head & neck CT. ENT says not large enough to warrenty a biopsy.
Constant lightheadedness, tingling in scalp, neck pain for 5 weeks. Does not go away. Normal labs. Normal ekg. Waiting on cardiologist referral. Doctor will not order imaging of head. Could this be caused by an infected tooth? Other suggestions?
