No sense: If the "mole" was shaved off 10 years ago, how could it be "irregular" now? It was sent to pathology and a report on microscopic analysis will be on the DR's desk after 2 or 3 days. Don't ask if you should worry. Get the diagnosis from the Dr. My guess is that the original shaving was done to get rid of an annoying nevus sticking up. Only the surface was removed 10 years ago, leaving a flat brown
