Sounds like PTSD or: intense grieving or depression triggered by your loss. These could all trigger anxiety/depression and should be treated by a mental health professional. The question is too vague to further comment, other than to do some research on loss/grieving, anxiety/PTSD and ???

Not sure how this meets Criteria A for PTSD. But I do agree that this could be part of intense grief or depression.
