See MD: See your MD for a full history and exam. In a woman of childbearing age, pregnancy must be ruled out as a cause of nausea. There are several other causes that can cause your symptoms. A gastric outlet obstruction or gastroparesis could cause your symptoms, as could medications, other gastrointestinal diseases, and several other causes. An exam can usually find cause.
