No vomiting?: Nausea without vomiting or severe headache or abdominal pain is not usually dangerous. Does nausea wake you, or just keep you from falling asleep? Nausea can be a symptom of anxiety. Why do I get nausea every night? Me and my body are getting tired of having to take pepto bismol or Tums (calcium carbonate) to deal with it, just to sleep. :(
