I have a septated 5 cm cyst that my dr thinks is a peritoneal inclusion. i`m 53 yo, negative ca-125 , & asymptomatic. how likely is it cancerous?

Very unlikely: Monitor the cyst with ultrasound every 6 months or so, at least initially, if stable, and if asymptomatic, may be left alone.
