Excessive gas for past 2 months. 2.8 cm complex ovarian cyst. how likely is it that this is ovarian cancer? could ibs come on this suddenly?

Unlikely: Those findings not cosistantly with cancer. Cyst small and u are young. Try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) 1 dose in juice per day along with probiotics, ibs is a syndrome of alternating constipation and diarrhea, affected by anxiety, and, at times a major problem. It's not likely that. You should be fine! don't worry too much.
