Ask your Doc: Your doc should be able to refer you to the appropriate gyn or simply ask the gyn-onc you saw. It's also possible that your cyst is functional (normal) & will resolve on it's own (no surgery). If it persists or develops concerning features, a laparoscopic cystectomy (remove the cyst only) will preserve your ovary. They may suppress your ovulation with ocps if you are a good candidate, take care.
